Kathryn & John's Wedding Day!

I hope everyone had an enjoyable three day weekend! I know we did! My sister will be coming to visit in a couple of weeks, so Dave and I began the preparation that comes along with having a guest…cleaning! My favorite part of cleaning is organizing! It sounds lame, but I actually love to organize =) it’s no secret for people who know me… I love making checklists (part of my daily routine), labeling, and making “homes” for everything… so this weekend, (even though I swore never to go back) Dave and I trekked it down to Ikea and braved it through the weekend crowd…surprisingly enough, it wasn’t that bad! We remained calm and focused as we winded through the maze of contemporary heaven… even almost getting lost through the mad crowd, and not immediately finding our way to checkout…we made it through alive… sane…and actually happy! (for anyone remotely claustrophobic, I would suggest shopping online)
As soon as we got home, Dave patiently assembled our new shelves (thanks, honey!)...it’s soooo beautiful! And I love it! I’ll be posting pictures once I complete the room =) and no worries, we didn't clean all weekend…we made it to the beach…went to a BBQ…enjoyed a funny movie…and simply got to relax =)

So on with today’s picture previews… this was another wedding that was a pleasure to shoot with Sarah Cardenas… the wedding of Kathryn and John…a delightfully, sweet couple…a sweet, married couple now…they had their reception at the most unique location i've ever shot...at the Fishing Hall of Fame Museum…it was huge, gorgeous…and every fishermen’s wedding dream! And most fitting, because this is a very outdoorsy couple that both enjoy fishing! You’ll see…here are their wedding previews...enjoy!!

So totally gorgeous. The first picture of the dress is my favorite. I love that anticipation of getting dressed!

I hope you have an excellent time with your sister! You want to come here and help me organize, I'm terrible!
