on this gorgeous day off...i spent it at my doctor's...then laying in bed...nursing whatever illness i have...lucky for me, my husband to be brought home some yummy soup from panera during his lunch break...isn't he wonderful?? so this blog won't be lengthy in words...which works out because this young lady doesn't need much of an introduction...i'll let her darling images speak for themselves...here are jazlyn's previews...enjoy =)

Happy Friday! I hope you have a delightful weekend… and for teachers, a delightfully long weekend =)

This weekend I’m going to enjoy spending time with my sister… dinner out at her favorite restaurant (Havana's), some shopping, maybe a movie, some tennis…and just hanging out!

pauline & rodney had a very intimate 9/9/09 wedding ceremony...the saturday following, they had a beautiful, elegant reception dinner with their family and closest friends...family & friends flew down from new york for this very special occasion...like i said before, it's been a wonderful experience meeting and working with pauline & rodney...and for the first time, my soon to be sister in law (lisa) was my second shooter! great job lisa!...here are some of the previews from the evening...enjoy =)

First Day of Fall!

yay! it's here! the first day of fall...my favorite season =) especially when i get to enjoy mother nature at her best, up north...one of the things i'm looking forward to in october is our trip to michigan =) first and foremost, to see my family...to celebrate my sister's baby shower...and to enjoy the Diwali festivities that my brother in law loves to throw!...but lastly, to succumb myself in the the beautiful colors of the season...orange...yellows...crimson...and brown falling leaves...
i cannot wait to be intoxicated with the most perfect weather...to see the endless rows of pumpkins awaiting in the pumpkin patch...to smell that crisp, autumn scent...and to indulge in my favorite season in michigan with my family...
simply cannot wait!

well...it's never really a happy monday, is it? it's a rude awakening from a blissful weekend... savoring those last few moments of sunday... then the alarm goes off...and here it is! Monday! baaahhhh!

meeting pauline & rodney has been such joy! this couple is so very sweet, genuine, and kind... i'm so happy to have gotten a chance to shoot quite a unique wedding on 9/9/09...with 9 attendants =) although there were suppose to be 10 total, one person couldn't make it...so by chance, they had 9 people for their very intimate ceremony... it couldn't have been anymore perfect! it rained earlier in the day, so during the ceremony the weather was perfect! breezy, a bit cloudy with the sun peering through...simply perfect! thanks for allowing me to capture your beautiful ceremony, pauline & rodney! here are your previews...enjoy!
